Caboose Tavern Launches New Breakfast Service

Caboose Tavern launches new breakfast service

The Vienna location will offer one free coffee or espresso with any breakfast purchase to celebrate!

Vienna, VA (March 4, 2021)-- beginning Monday, March 8, Vienna-favorite Caboose Tavern (520 Mill Street NE) is launching breakfast service from 8 to 11am daily for foodies and coffee fans alike. Homey morning classics such as “breakfast on a stick” (pork sausage skewered and fried in homemade pancake batter), fried chicken biscuit, breakfast bowls and plates like the signature potato hash (Red Bliss potatoes, sautéed Vidalia onions, bell peppers, and pickled jalapeños, drizzled with cilantro-lime aioli), and bacon pancakes join the restaurant’s morning-’til-night, farm-to-table lineup.

Tight on time? Caboose also has grab-and-go options that are just as delicious, with pastries like chocolate croissants, apple turnovers, and lemon poppyseed muffins, all made to pair with Caboose’s coffeehouse menu, which includes a Mexican mocha, cortado, and matcha latte.

Located right off the W&OD trail, the 2,000 square-foot tavern is the perfect “work from home” space, with indoor seating as well as a patio open year-round and equipped with fans and heaters to keep everyone cozy. The Vienna location is celebrating the new service launch by offering a free coffee or espresso beverage with any breakfast purchase, Monday through Wednesday.

Caboose Tavern is also open for lunch and dinner with a menu featuring Appalachian dishes with elevated details, such as pub burgers with Goot Essa Mountain Valley cheddar, vegetarian gumbo, short rib colcannon, and chicken pot pie. The snack and starter roster features bar favorites like crab hush puppies, the OG mac and cheese, three-bean venison chili, and kilt lettuce salad.
