Months before my birthday, my husband kept asking me what I wanted to do. My answer was pretty simple: stay in bed, sip espresso, and eat cake. Little did I know I was manifesting this on the most luxe level. My plans firmed up closer to the beginning of August and I couldn’t have been more excited about all the plans we had in place.
Before I had even arrived, The Jefferson had already anticipated my needs and delivered a beautifully personalized experience for my birthday staycation. I am in awe of the level of service and the careful attention to detail that this boutique hotel provides.
From the luxe spread of birthday treats that awaited my arrival, to the bath salts placed next to the soaking tub for a most relaxing bath--- The Jefferson offers luxury as a standard.

Dining
Dining at The Jefferson is a beauteous experience of its own. Not only did I stay here, but I was also delighted here. Their award-winning culinary team creates delights for every appetite and in different settings on property.
♥️ The Greenhouse:
Refined dining with skylight seating and lush plant life. As soon as you walk into The Jefferson, you'll immediately notice the gorgeous skylight and decorative gate that lead into the restaurant. Seasonal, innovative cuisine is offered in style. I had the most amazing birthday dinner here and would love to return for brunch! Tip: For dinner service, ask to be seated in "The Nook". It's a highly requested, semi-private table that resembles a cozy library corner with a glorious chandelier overhead. Executive Chef Fabio Salvatore and Pastry Chef Fabrice Leray await!
♥️ Quill: Sleek cocktail bar and lounge with both indoor and outdoor seating. Enjoy a creatively prepared (or classic) drink + comfort food here in the afternoon or evening! The outdoor patio reminds me of a Parisian cafe surrounded by lush greenery and is distinctly private.
♥️ In-room/Room Service
I was blown away by the room service here at The Jefferson. I ordered my selections via a touch screen on the nightstand, service was impeccable, and the food was made perfectly. It's exceptionally rare for an in-room dining experience to be as good as if you were being served in a restaurant.
