Aromatherapy While I Work From Home
Those who work from home can't tell me ya'll don't look sort of like this when you do! 😂🙌🏼💋
Pajama pants on (I bet you're still rocking your Christmas PJ's, too!!!), hair not done (messy hair, don't care), robe on fleek, laptop in bed, aromatherapy game strong. I spared you the DIY avocado face mask today. You're welcome. 😂
In the mornings, I love making my "desk" area smell like lemons (so energizing). At night, lavender (relaxing). What aromas do you love? Tell me which aromas choose to use in the comments below!
Diffused essential oils is a form of aromatherapy. It stimulates smell receptors in the nose, which then sends messages through the nervous system to the limbic system (the part of the brain that controls emotions). If it helps to control stress by smelling pure lemon, lavender, frankincense, cinnamon, etc… I’m all in.
If you’re curious about the benefits of using essential oils, Medical News Today published an article that might interest you. You can find that article here.
And don't lie: Who looks like *I* do while working from home? I may not look presentable, but I still look cute! I'm sure you do, too!
Be you, and when you're not, use aromatherapy and yoga to get back to who you really are! My diffusers and essential oils are made by Majestic Pure (@majesticpure). All cruelty-free, all the time.
